
The holistic discipline BodyFly®

BodyFly® is the holistic discipline with therapeutic, postural and energetic characteristics that, through slow and conscious movements combined with breathing, harmonizes mind, body and emotions.
It was created in 1997 by master coach Gennaro Setola, during post-traumatic recovery following a road accident.
With it, the body in its entirety takes on the main role of an instrument of awareness and choice which, during the Sequential Paths of synergic exercises, creates controlled positions, reminiscent of sacred geometry.

The 16 Codified Positions
Through the targeted Sequential Paths you can reach the sixteen BodyFly® positions codified in the Five Thematic Areas (actually 17 because one of them has two versions), depending on the objective to be achieved: Awareness, Flexibility, Energy, Vigor, Balance.
The discipline develops around five thematic areas, as many as the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine from which it took inspiration.
Postural symmetry, reflexology and energetic rebalancing techniques complete the holistic aspect of BodyFly.


In addition to holistic fitness and wellness, the practice of the discipline promotes mental well-being and it is no coincidence that it is also used in business with team building, motivational and growth courses dedicated to company managers.
